Default Reading Alternator casting date

Anybody know how to read the alternator front cover casting date info?

Seems like this would be a good sanity check on the way to verifying a re-stamp alternator.

The year is obviously easy. It is surrounded by 12 pie sections that I'll assume are for the month, but they start clocking from where?

Then there are dots that maybe correspond to the week?

Just as an example, the attached photo is from a 0B13 '837 alternator.Name: fr_37_size400.jpg

With the right Camera attachment (mirror) it may be possible to read this while the alternator is assembled?
