3rd- in the B/W pic in post #608867 at Aquasco, the opponent is Carl Hobbs a.k.a. &quot;Super Fats&quot;. Hobbs had a few fast Camaros and did a whole lot of local stuff. He still has a gas station in Edgemere, MD, although I think his son my be running it. Not sure if any of his old cars survived. </div></div>

A few years ago I tried to get in touch of any relative of Jim Sinsel in Baltimore through Facebook. But of those who responded so was none related to Jim

Wow internet travels fast. I see Geoff was looking for info on a 67 Camaro just wondering if he purchased the car from the owner i last knew because i have alot more cool pictures of the car of the &quot;as raced&quot; condition. Id like to keep track of the car because id like to own it one day when its possible.

I am chasing down previous owners on a factory Triple Black 67 RS SS Camaro fully loaded as well as another red on red 67 RS SS 396 big block car. But I believe you said the car was factory yellow?

I as well as many others on here would love to see more photos of this car if you wanted to share them? I got the photo I posted off the internet, Its a fantastic photo and to hear the story behind it is amazing....

I love this sort of stuff.

I can't believe that I didn't post these yet. I now own this car. It has been a race car since day one in Junly of 1970but it didn't start racing until the beginning of 1972. I have the earliest pictures of it being raced as a pro stocker,as well as a later pic as a gasser.

I was only about 9 months old when these pics were taken.

Engine pic. I believe that this is the Booth and Arons engine that Ronnie ran. He says the car ran 9.74 during the 2 years that he raced it,and his primary reason for getting out of pro stock was that he couldn't compete against the Lenco drivers. I am not sure if he ever ran Jenkins stuff in the car,but he did buy it from the Wheatley bros who built it with Jenkins power.

Years later,a guy named Bob Demarco owned an raced it,I believe as a Gasser. At one point in time the car had a McBetts engine in it,but I can't say when that was. This pic is at Keystone/Pittsburgh maybe in the mid/late 70's
