That's very heartbreaking to see but hopefully it will be saved. I'd say more than likely the real thing but wish there were a few more photos.

I'm no expert,but it sure seems like it meets the criteria for a real Z-16.
Be nice to see the cowl tag too for the 4FM code. Even the VIN# is in the correct time frame. That looks like D&P Classic Chevy in Huntington Beach.

It took me 2 hours of talking before the guy would admit to owning the car, then he did not want to show it to me. So there are no pictures. And no I won't tell anyone where it is. I made a promise to the owner not to throw him to the wolves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
