Default DZ Stamping

Very bad stamp.

You can see it's way off but holding a straightedge to the photo verifies the poor attempt.

Dave,

Can you elaborate? I don’t see the issue you mention.

Default DZ Stamping

Jason,

I enlarged the photo and placed a ruler along the bottom of the stamping. You'll see how bad the stamping turned out. Definitely not a proper gang stamp.

I would not be so quick to dismiss that. The photo isn't that great, but I have pics of other June 69 DZ blocks and it compares favorably.

Would like to hear from KurtS on this one.

If legit, $1600 is a bit below market value.

I blew this one up and looked at it a few times. Fonts and such look good to me and it appears the 1 is the only thing out of step, but that to me looks like a taller font is all. My opinion is that it's gang stamped and looks OK.

It's a crappy picture to be sure. But, I am inclined to agree with you.

The picture is not the greatest but is consistent with the samples I have for that date. Looks OK
