Default air cleaner lid

I picked this up today at a sale. Can anyone identify it? Sorry, I was going to measure it, but I forgot. It looks like an original GM part to me.

No doubt an original GM piece. It's earlier than April 68, which is when the silk screened AC instructions went from curved like this one to straight across.

Thank you. I'll try to get some measurements later this week. Is there anything that I need to look for that might help identify it? The base might still be there, but I don't know what it would look like.

The lid is all that I found. I don't know what the base looks like. It might be there, but I don't know what to look for. There is a bunch of stuff in this barn.

Are you positive on that April date on the change? I believe you are correct as that is the trend my data is showing but I didn’t know if you have a more definite answer as I still have outliers of curved being used to the end of the year which would make sense.
