It would probably look something like this, though this is Canyon Coral. Salmon Pink has more of an orange hue to it:

Looking at the 57 Color Chart, I don't see a listing for salmon pink.

It was a 1955 color. The car was probably repainted prior to PHR getting it. 8 year old car with 70,000 miles on it. The original article really doesn't go into the history of the car when they bought it. More on the drive train: 283 4 BBL with a 4 speed.
