Default Cheap '69 L-78 Nova, Build Sheet

A little rough but an original Butternut Yellow L78 with some good options, 4-speed, and an original build sheet. The L78 mill is long gone.

And they aired down the rear tires for better traction.

I had to chuckle when I read "it started right up, but it is not the original big block". Ummm, it isn't a BB at all...
Honestly, though, we have seen far worse for far more money. Other than the engine, it seems to be a complete car.
I think Derek should buy it, have the L78 Nova engine he has repaired/rebuilt and drop it in here. It could be a winter club project for the Chevelle members to go down and help him and Cale get this safely running and driving over the winter and have a matched pair of "Barn Finds" along with his '69 Z/28..

Fenders changed too as it does not have the correct 396 parking light arrangement.

Nor the bumper or the grill (non SS). Somebody probably put a non SS 70 nose on it after an accident.

That's pretty tempting. 11A build date isn't too far off from my 9/20 dated L78 engine either. I need to avoid buying more projects though. Cale's car needs to be painted before he graduates.

Just buy another 40' container and hold onto it.

What I was thinking too, might be when the color change happened.
