How to make a hub cap into a wheel cover. Probably much cheaper for that conversion than a whole nuther cover. Bean counters at their best...

'

May not matter for whatever's up but isn't the pictured rim later than '67, what's the stamped code?
Although early space-saver rims were flat between stud holes, didn't early disc rims have the raised ribs?

Dual band whitewalls didn't make it onto Pontiacs until the 1970 model year AFAIJK.

I apologize for my reply being off-subject, but that poverty cap with the extra piece is really neat(!) - I have never noticed anything like that before!

Trim ring is probably a JC Whitney piece.
