Well, sorta, maybe? Grille treatment and rocker moldings are U.S. style. Quarter emblems and flat hood suggest Canadian.

Also, wheel covers are '67 style.

The "Mag" wheel covers were available from the dealership in 1966 for the Corvair. Any reason why they wouldn't be available for the Chevelle/Malibu?
