Hi, I think I have one - it's for sure a K19 and dated before August 1969, let me dig it out and take some photos.

Hi, pretty sure it's dated 4-18 - April 18, 1969 - day of the month is under some paint, but there's a close up below. This is an early YH 15x7 69 Z/28 wheel / rim. PM today with your interest. Wheel needs restoration as shown.
