Talk about unrealistic expectations
https://www.hemmings.com/stories/202...ign=2020-04-15
I know it is politically incorrect to make fun of someone's Dream Machine. I am not really making fun of the build, although it would be hard to call most of the mods "tasteful". What really gets me is that the seller apparently believes $127,800 is a realistic asking price for a 1981 Corvette. I run across some pretty cool cars from time to time that are featured as the "Find of the Day" in Hemmings. This one has me scratching my head. "Stick-on" wood trim in the interior? Really? On top of that, only four pics. Well, that may be a blessing. The last sentence in the description tells me that a real "car guy" wrote the ad. "Rack and Pinion are 373 gears." Some of the comments are pretty funny.
