Race gas and mobile detailing help - Pebble Beach area

Hi CA Car Guys,

Need help - where car I buy race gas in Pebble Beach area? Prefer to pump it directly into the car. Also, do you know of a mobile detailer in the area who is well versed in washing and maintaining original paint?
