Default Original fuel pump rebuild

I sent off the original fuel pump from my 1971 LT1 to Volunteer Vette Products for a rebuild. The turnaround time was about two months. I asked them not to restore the pump since it is off of a 1,400 mile car. The results look great. It appears there is a small incision made on the engine block side of the pump to remove the crimped portion. Other than this incision, there is no evidence of the rebuild. I'm very happy with the results.
