Default Tachometer check up and repair

I've read about these places on previous posts, but, of course, never wrote any of it down for reference later.
I have, what is supposed to be, an NOS LS5 tachometer that the foam ring for the oil light has all but disintegrated. I would like that replaced, but have the tach checked for actually working and accuracy. It is in an open box, so for all I know, it was a warranty replacement and I have the defective tach...
Is there going to be a good source for this represented at MCACN that I could bring it to and leave it with them ?
Thanks guys !!
