I would imagine those show boards were made months in advance. It was a great honor meeting the current owner and have offered my help in locking down the early history on the car.

I don't want to openly speculate on the price in an open forum, but would this car have been *that* valuable in its current state? Realizing there aren't many/any comps to go by.

heard some guy that owns a dealership east coast bought it (has a large car collection). sounds like crazy dollars.
