Would be interesting to take a wire wheel to the stamping to actually see what else is hiding under that paint.

Sorry everyone, since I don't know the seller or the stamping intricacies, I did not know it was a re-stamp. I know the CRV rear ends are sought after for restorers, so that is why I posted it here. Always great to see the knowledge of this group!

I can't see what the other one looks like, but here's the stamping from my 70 LS-5. I believe it to be original.
