This is my favorite '69 Camaro, hands down. Cragars, Rat, stance, ATTITUDE = x 1,000

[/ QUOTE ] I agree. Fantastic car and the best 69 I have seen.

Jeff...thanks so much for sharing your way cool yellow beast! The pics that you sent are hung proudly in the garage.

My thanks go to BWAG here on the Forum for his input when he owned, and even ordered the car. I said it was originally a L78 until he finally found the pictures in a shoebox confirming it as an L89, T400 car. He knew it, but wanted to have pictures if anyone disputed it. Thank Bob. The engine now even appears in Phil Borris's "Echos of Norwood" publication on page 127,

Good thing and bad thing about the super low mileage - Great that its so low, Bad because you hate to drive it
any chance the L89 is still around?
cool story for sure

I wish. Bob Wag said when it was delivered in Dec of 68, out came the L89 and in went the Booth-Arons L72. He said the aluminum heads were a pain in the ass back then and the block laid on the dealership parts room for months while being scavenged for parts.......imagine that today!
