Default Pavilions Rock and Roll Car Show November 2, 2024

I left Pavilions early because it started raining. As you'll see from my photos, it was cloudy almost all day, so I was surprised some of the convertibles stayed so long. Needing a low stress day, I left my car at home.

I shot this one last time. As it turns out, it belongs to one of my Barrett Jackson buddies. He bought it two years ago in California from someone that needed some $$. He let me shoot to my heart's content.

Back then, Cadillac and Oldsmobile and most likely Buick farmed out building those bodies to other companies.

The Green Riv is out standing. The Caddy SW too, they had a bunch of Woody wagons in 2017 at the LA Rod show, everything but a Caddy as I recall.

It’s a Custom View Master. (Not my photo)



If I remember correctly, this one was used to shuttle rich people from an airport or train station to a ritzy resort.

Rick.... your pictures are outstanding! I really enjoy looking at your pics on a Sunday morning while sipping my Sunday morning coffee, with Lee Stewart not around any more, it's about the only thing worth logging in for these days. I'm sure others like your pictures as much as I do so keep um coming my friend, they just make my day!!!
