Default 1967 Chevelle Convertible 396 SS clone.

1967 Chevelle Convertible 396 SS Clone

This car has had a complete frame off restoration every thing is new, restored, or rebuilt. The only thing I didn’t do was the convertible top this was done by a previous owner but it is in excellent condition. The car is painted its original color Bolero Red with black interior which again is all new. The car originally had a small block with a power glide transmission 136 vin code. It now has a 396 bored 60 over with oval port heads roller rockers and a nice hydraulic came. The transmission is a turbo 400 which again has been all rebuilt. All mechanicals are new! An original power steering car and it has been upgraded to front disk brakes. I did the restoration so any questions you have I can answer feel free to contact me. Cell 518-301-1486

Asking 38,000

Jason

Thanks Tom.
Tom did bring a couple of things to my attention that I am going to fix. One was the convertible top frame had a couple spots of surface rust on the inside that I over looked. The previous owner had this top installed just before I bought it. All I did was unbolt the frame and top, then restore the car and put it back on. I didn't pay much attention because I thought the purpose of a convertible is to ride around top less or I mean top down.
I do have a new convertible top boot that goes with the car!
Thanks for looking

Jason

Had the car out this weekend and it is a blast to drive. I am open to offers if anyone is interested. It will most likely be on e-bay by the end of the week.

Had the car on e-bay didn't hit the reserve? Lowering the asking price to 32,000.
