For what?

I would hardly recommend flat towing in this day and age, due to safety considerations (ie, lack of brake lights, typically, and lack of towed vehicle braking) and due to the other crazies on the road.

If you intend to use it for display purposes only (ie, hooking the car and tow vehicle together at the show grounds) then it is probably ok.
