Default 1970 Z28 options . For you 1970 Camaro experts

My 70 Z28 according to the Canadian Documentation was originally manufactured without power steering. It also shows 4.10 gears, posi and another option ZQ9. What exactly is ZQ9? It is Citrus Green, Dark green deluxe interior, softray glass, 4 speed. Engine/Trans long gone. Supposedly was raced in Ontario. Sold new in Richmond Hill Ont.

ZQ-9 is the performance ratio axle upgrade over the standard ratio axle..i.e your 4:10 posi.
Available only when equipped with a solid lifter engine.(L-78 or Z/28)
A total of 3,161 1970 L-78 Super Sport & Z/28 Camaros combined,came with the ZQ-9 upgrade.
