Fluid service on the Camaros...

Karen asked me about fluid changes for the transmission and differential on her two Camaros. Wanted to get suggestions for best products to use.

1..2002 Berger 350 with 6 speed...posi-traction rear.

2...1969 SS 350 with Muncie 4spd and 12 bolt posi..

Any help is appreciated.
