Crane R308-HI Roller Cam

Hi folks, I bought a 12:1 350 from a local racer who built it in the mid 1970s and ran it in an Anglia for years. It came with this Crane R308-HI solid roller cam and lifters, which appear to be in excellent condition as the engine was torn down after every racing season, measured, and reassembled. Does anyone have the specs on this cam - possibly an old Crane catalog from the late 1960s? The nose of the cam has what appears to be a 1967 date code stamped into it, if that helps.
