Is this car really a Yenko? Nothing in the description mentions it. No offense, but not sure why someone spent $67K on a resto to make it look like a $10K modified street cruiser?? To each their own I guess.

My favorite comment is that he says he started the restoration in 1995 and finished in Sept. 2000 and that it took "almost" 4 years. New Math???

I checked the VIN of this car against some other '67 Yenko Camaro VIN's that we have, it is about 50-75,000 cars away from real cars. That doesn't mean that it is not a Yenko, but it is a big gap. I don't know if the sellers claim of, 'not a clone', is referring to the SS option or the Yenko option. Does anyone know what dealership the car is out of?
