Default Original but Rusty '68 GTO #s 400HO/4-sp Convertible

Purchased from the original owner in 2014, who obviously didn't do the car any favors by 'storing' it all these years. Still, a rare car with superb colors and options....

Dave,

This was my exact thought when I looked at this auction. How often do you see air cleaners rotted like this?

Great color combo, but this thing is going to cost a fortune to restore.

The WS(HO) has the RA3 cam shaft and the cast iron "headers".
This one is nicely equipped & similar to my Alpine Blue 68 GTO coupe... HO, 4 spd, redlines, rally II's, 8 track, rally pack gauges, mine has parchment headrest seats, rear defog, HD cooling, HD aircleaner, Rear ant and remote mirror... some day I will finish it. lol
