'72 Pantera, Wrecked in '78
Man, did they pull this out of the mountains at the edge of Mulholland Drive, or what? I want to know the story!

Same seller is now auctioning this mess of a 356 Porsche. I'd love to know the story behind these cars - looks like they were pulled out of the same place judging by the similar condition.

Not much of a corner-carver on those belted E60s.

I seem to recall the Panterrible's riding on the GY Arriva's, but maybe later than 72, still bias ply grip nonetheless. Man this could have easily been one that met it's fate on Mulholland,if dead cars( and men quite possibly in this case judging form that steering wheel) could only tell their stories. This guy is a bit of local folklore, he squirreled away dozens of these type cars decades ago hoping for a windfall.
