Default Looking for Info on 302 Camaro from Austin Texas

I know I have asked in the past but I feel like I need to give it another try.. Looking for anyone that might remember or know someone that could remember the car.. NCRS confirms Capitol Chevrolet in Austin Texas ordered the car with a production date of 12-22-67. It still has an Armstrong Johnson Austin dealer emblem on the tailpan which was & still is a Ford dealership which is now Leif Johnson Ford.. Matador Red, blk deluxe no console, had cowl plenum, and no spoiler originally. Had homemade tow tabs that were welded to the front subframe and some type of traction bar or ladder bar system on the rear. Also had the core support drilled with the 8 holes to inspect plugs so I would assume it was drag raced and not road raced. Also had a 5th leaf added to the original springs in the rear. Last known owner in Texas was a Donald A. Dixon that had the loan through the Goodfellow Federal Credit Union at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo and he was stationed at Kelly AFB. He registered the car 04-12-1972 and the tags where issued on 05-10-1972. In or around '74-75 the car made its way to TN and was traded into used car lot in Nashville by a deputy sheriff and was purchased by the gentleman that had it from then until '05 when we finally got the car..

No pics of my car from that timeframe but these are pics of a car purchased from the same dealership around the same timeframe. There are a bunch of similarities but there are also some major differences which make me strongly feel they are different cars.

<span style="text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-weight: bold">In common</span></span>
1. Ordered around the same time
2. Matador Red
3. Black deluxe with no console
4. Cowl plenum
5. aftermarket gauges
6. Rear quarter lips rolled for larger tires and trim removed
7. None spoiler but had spoilers added

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Not in common</span></span>
1. Don Lee car had red upper cowl exposed, Mine has white exposed
2. DL car had rear antenna; mine has front
3. green Stewart Warner gauges; later style blk/white face gauges
4. DL car did not have rear guards &amp; mine does

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Mine as of now (ignore the RS package; it was gonna be converted but no longer)</span></span>

Are those radials in that 1968 photo at the top? Had to be unusual for that time period.

I thought spoiler and rear antenna were not allowed together. Cool cars!

Unsure. I was told they were Pirelli Tires what were taken off a vette with 15x7's..

That is correct.. Car is a Z from everything else I have and researched. That is why I am looking for further info; I have suspicions about the car and I want to verify.
