Default 40727 396 A/C fuel pump info request

Looking for information on 40727 AC fuel pumps. Trying to see what 2 letter date codes were used. 2 letter codes were used prior to 1971. In 1971 AC went to a Julian code date system. Trying to help with research. Thank you Joe

I have a 261J40727. It doesn't have the two letter code but was manufactured in 1970, but would be 1971 production.

I have BJ40727.
Using Pacecar1969 decode method this should translate to February, 1970.

I guess I didn't ask my question correctly. I'm looking to see examples of known 40727 fuel pumps with a 2 letter code. As indicated A,B,C, etc in the 1st spot is the month & the 2nd spot is the year. H=1968, I=1969, J=1970. If you have one with this type of code, I would like to heare from you. I'm not looking to purchase, just information please. So far I have a BJ40727 with is Feb 1970. Thank you for that Don....Joe
