Cool '66 GTO Survivor
One of the coolest color combos, Platinum on Blue. All the right options. Would love to own this one!

Some pretty nice stuff at that auction. One of the auction items is a pair of display signs for the museum owner's 69 Charger Daytona with 304 original miles.....the actual car is not among the auction items though.

Visiting Elmer's Auto Museum was an unforgettable experience! Old farmstead with a breathtaking view overlooking the Mississippi River and surrounded on two sides by Elmer's old school vintage "Junk Yard", with his son's modern salvage yard on the third side. When I was there a 20's vintage Chevy "Baby Grand" was parked in the den. The toy building packed full of toys qualified as a museum in itself. And pole buildings full of cars cars cars...door handle to door handle! - Bill W

Cool stuff at that auction. I wish it was closer.
I'd like to have a few of those cars. Especially the 4 speed Z11. If that was my junk I'd hire someone to get them all running(assuming they don't from the disclaimer). |

Great color combo that you never see. That Blue interior is beautiful.
This GTO has the rare full transistor ignition. The voltage regulator is obvious as you could order that separately, but the rest of the T.I. can be seen by the extra larger wire harness and the wire terminal mounted to the firewall behind the coil. I’d like to see the PHS on this car. G, thanks for sharing.

Grant & others, whats' your guesstimate on the Hammer price?

That's a tough one, as is I would guess between $45K & $55K if it's a legit low mileage/numbers matching car.
