By the terrible front end gaps, I'd guess it has been crashed ?
At the price, it could probably be repaired correctly and painted a correct color ? Maybe leave the rear flares...
The 80's ZZ Top stripes do nothing for me.

L-88 hoods on early C3's and 2nd Gen Camaro's are the coolest.........
