I'm pretty sure the Monaco Orange LS-6 did find a new home.

I still don't see any attraction in that blue Z.. [/ QUOTE ] Me too. I personally don't like the color or the extended stripes. The paperwork is pretty cool, but without the JL8 brakes being put on the car it takes away from the car IMO. But it sold for $150K on Ebay once or twice so that's probably why they expected $175k or more at auction.

I still don't see any attraction in that blue Z.. [/ QUOTE ] Well, Charlie, that's how I felt, too.... until I saw the docs. It is a real, 46k mile car, with an older repaint in the orig color and odd stripe style. It is one of the most heavily optioned Z's I've ever seen and has incredible (INCREDIBLE) documentation. In fact, it is one of the only Zs that I would consider as the closest thing to a factory crossram. The original dealer has stated he put the xram on when it was new. Docs stating this are forthcoming. With all of the xram hype and 99% of them phony, this one is real. No, it isn't my favorite color (I especially like Daytona Yellow ![]() Dave |

A dealer installed crossram is neat but not neat enough for me to want Carolina blue on a Z28. The color just does not fit on a 69 Z for me.

Am I the only one who thinks it somewhat odd that, 3 1/2 weeks after the auction ended, R&S still doesn't have final results posted
