Why do some reports have the name of the dealer and others don't, sometimes with the same codes????

Hey Charlie....I think I have a Carter Chevrolet from Bonham Texas and I believe it was chrome but was actually installed with double back tape. I will see if I can dig it up and take pics of the front and back. When I lived in Phoenix I was a junk yard dog and collected anything Chevrolet dealer related. I would love to see this emblem go on a COPO. Let me know if your interested.
