Speaking of Winternationals, Tom Akin's LEAD SLED at NEITA Raceway (now Cedar Falls Raceway) Well known, it's one of two L72 '69 Kingswood wagons.
The LEAD SLED was a Dick Harrell Team Car and Top Stock winner at the 1970 AHRA Winternationals in AZ. I remember this car brand new, rolling into the Schukei service dept. for John Day's race prep. - Bill W
