The original jackets and this "new run" of jackets were made in India. The "proto" jacket was made by "Red Dog Leather Co" in about 1988, whereupon 5 additional jackets were ordered as promotional samples for the import company, wholesaler. The importer sold product in large volume [block-orders] to distribution companies, so they wanted samples. Problem was...the importer fell upon tough financial times and never paid for the original order. These jackets sat for 3-4 years pretty much ignored as just "an unpaid order gone bad". In about 1992/93 the manufacturers sales brochure included a picture/rendering of the sYc/Yenko jackets and the 5 original jackets were sold to a different distributor [and paid for]. For some reason, it took several months for the jackets to arrive from India [the manufacturing plant ownership had changed hands], and the people that had ordered them just had to wait.

I have a correction to the size/quantity of remaining, unsold jackets. We have 2 size ExtraLarge [XL] jackets left. That's it, that's all...ain't no mo.
