I hope rcc comes back. Then maybe he can clear the air or fess up.
If you are a flipper, just say your are a flipper from the get go. It may turn some seller's off but honesty is the best policy or at least it used to be. Honor really does not exist anymore and it sucks. rcc, If times are down for you I hope they get better. Jason
