In addition to the missing windshield washer parts I needed, I was able to source a clean and perfectly dated (Feb 67) and coded (3.36) differential housing today. The hunt continues......

In the early GTO’s I always liked the 3.36 as it had a hard long pull in each gear.
Great for street and highway use.

These must be exciting times for you with your Dads old Corvette. 🍻

Jake,,,Did you get the rear exhaust panel along with your Dads car? I saw a local one on Marketplace with the chrome for a 66 or 67 for $125, I think, if you need it....Bill S

The rear exhaust panel did not come with the car.

----Dave and Jake,,,Just messaged the seller. When I re-found the add it's 95 bucks not 125. Looks OK in the pics. It's yellow but I'm sure Stretch can handle that! Matter of fact I'm sure he would like to be a part of the car he spent time on back in the day! Chrome may be pitted but those bezels are around, NOS, if we look. I'll wait for them to contact me....Bill S

There was a real red coupe 65 L76 car here in Sarasota that recently was used for a restomod. Another one ruined. I don't get these guys butchering these good cars when there are plenty of frankensteins out there.
