Great story, and kudos to you on the LZ tape. That's awesome.

Wow, I'll bet he was a tad emotional when you said he could drive it. Time travel for sure.

Simply outstanding. Great pics and memories that'll last a long time Steve.

So did he thrash on it too, or just cruise?

With every revision, Steve's story of the 'pumpkin' Camaro gets better and better, and the 2017 version is the best yet! As someone said earlier in the thread... 'great car, great color, and great story!'.. I totally agree, and having known Steve these past few years, I can also add ... a great owner! I don't think the car could be owned by anyone better for it...

Your hard work paid off Steve. WTG. I have tracked down dealership ads from Jim Edelbrocks Chevrolet, who sold my Z out of Plymouth Michigan. Still looking for the elusive license plate frame. Any luck finding memorabilia from jay Chevrolet?

It's been quite a journey, and I'm glad everyone appreciates the story. I must say the best part of this whole adventure is the bond Paul and I have formed. Through this hobby I have met so many great people, and many have grown into friendships.

I have one chapter left and that is to locate the original owner William J. Miller. Paul and Bill were best friends but grew apart and have lost contact. Paul would love to reunite with Bill, so that is our mission.

Looking forward for other members to share their cars histories.
