Glad to hear you got your power back Chris , and glad to see you kept your sense of humor!

We've always seen hawks flying around, but since all the flooding, our little buddy has taken up roost in the back yard looking for meals for the last 4 days.
It's kinda like there are 10 restaurants in town but you never know which one will have food on any given day so you have to travel around.....then suddenly the other places are all flooded out and there is only one place open that has all the food.! Just sit and wait for it to be served!! (and we've seen him eating every day). You can walk up to 5ft of him before he finally moves away.

Verne, that is a goshawk, have one living in our woods too. Chases the crows around and sits on my pool fence. Wish it would take the adult rabbits, but I guess they are too big

Lost power on sat, did not get it back until wed, but no damage, just couple of small tree limbs.

Here's some photos we took yesterday in Windham, NY...the mountain top golf course was really hit hard. The town was under water..National Guard are on duty...serious damage to the local community. We delivered supplies to the local church and the Red Cross...it looks like a war zone!
