these are the last i have from Lake Geneva Raceway.....ill then go to Keystone Raceway in PA for BKH to see if he remembers this weekend...........................

my parents w/ my grandma and aunt from Pa.
      there is a story about Keystone but im not sure about how it goes.......something to the fact about the boys in Pa didnt like 2 guys from Il beating up on the local cars....ill talk to my dad about it.

then we went to "some" dealership on the way back.
 i tried to take this same shot with my son...cant find it though.  Geez, wouldnt that be nice to have all this aluminum in your shop?  Don wasnt there but Bill Smith was...............

my dad and Larry Laas went to Martin Mi. one year. ill have more pics of Larry's L78 nova later.......................
        its no "Hotel Collinsville" but we made the best of it.....  this was a challenging weekend for them. they were both deep into the 11's and because they didn't have long wheel studs, they couldn't go faster than 12.00.

  before he screwed the slicks to the wheel, he used to pull the valve stems right off the tubes !!    being pulled by a '79 malibu classic landau..........

more from Da Grove.........................
       the rear end would want to slide to the left real bad......  which led to this......   he bolted a piece of angle to the frame on the drivers side and re-drilled the pass. side shock mount higher.........
