Man, this is a really cool thread! I got a lot of old Chicago shots. I am a collector of 1910 era real photo postcards. I will post some if you guys want.
Here is one near Madison St & Central Ave. in Chicago's Austin Neighborhood circa the teens.

Milwaukee & Diversey Chicago circa 1907.
Adams St. E. of Pulaski circa 1909. My father grew up on this block. It is now the worst neighborhood in the City of Chicago.

Maxwell St. Chicago circa 1969. If you are REALLY a true Chicagoan (and of course are old enough) then you went to Maxwell St. on Sundays for a deal and a Polish Sausage.
This is part of Chicago's past. Grand Ave. circa August 1966.
