Great "waste" of bandwidth!! I'm always in awe of just how simple selling a car was in the day....a simple one liner with a phone number, interested buyers would call and hurry over, money in hand warranted a test drive, then yea or nay, rinse and repeat. No...."more pics", "is this still available", "be right over then vanish"......sorry for the mini rant.

Great stuff Pete. Some amazing cars built especially those L-88 powered Vegas. Can you imagine rolling up with that to the local McD's on a Saturday night in LI?

Yep, those were the days and so much for progress in so many ways.  Love the BB Vegas too, what absolutely genuine Motion built Vegas are known today?  More old Motion ads below, sorry some are difficult to spot in the strip but w/ so many other great cars, I’m trying not to cut everything out and leave a few of the best ones. On w/ the show, let’s match a few ads up w/ existing cars or someone smoke out a new find!   ~ Pete .

Anyone know of this ‘76 Co-Motion Show Car, it’s not year digits mixed up and ad for ‘67 Ko-Motion is it?  What about the ‘65 Phase-3 Vette, weren’t Maco Sharks all ‘68 up cars Bargain of all time may be the 07/78 Fort Worth ad for the ‘68 427 car @ just $500! ~ Pete .

Here’s more old Motion ads, again LMK when to stop…or read ‘em and weep.  Anyone ever hear of the O/O Phase-3 GT ‘70 ‘Vette Show Car in the 10/73 Montreal ad? 08/77 Baltimore ‘73 E-Motion sounds like what Motion Electric Performance cars would be called today. Last few w/ Motion Parts + some Non-Chevrolet Motionized Cars including a Mustang + ‘69 442 + ‘72 Firebird.. ~ Pete .

Anyone know anything of 10/71 ad above w/ BM Distributor Edwards Sales group in Atlanta? Interesting it’s not just Motion but Baldwin Motion, love to hear of any cars they delivered. Here comes more old ads including another Motion car at Lebanon’s Car Village. ~ Pete .

Here’s more including some CA Ads w/ Plate #’s, again anyone please speak up if you recognize any cars. It doesn’t specify but Phase-3 Engineering as this CD Ignition ad is actually Motion, right. ~ Pete .

First ad edge missing but all I could find for this Orange Motion 427 ‘69 ‘Velle ‘Vert. Note mileage on second ad ‘69 BM Nova, must be accident damage/written off? Lots more to come if you guys want ‘em! ~ Pete .
