A friend has a '67 Z-28 project car, Norwood built 05A, gold (non-RS) with gold standard interior with no console-gauges. Very basic Z. NCRS Muscle Docs show the car was sold new at Brigance Chevrolet in Oak Park. Can anybody help with original owner info?

I would start by contacting Ed. Also, Ed's wife Judy passed more than a year ago.
Since it has never been brought up prior. Mr Ed. was on a special committee to help evaluate the 5th Gen Camaro COPO Program. |

A very nice couple....very classy. I knew Ed through out the years when he owned Crossroads Chev in West Chicago. I met Judy when he invited my wife and myself to see his cars in a storage area in I believe it was Elk Grove. What a line up of cars. He had the building set up very nicely and I believe his memorabilia was worth as much as his cars. Beautiful couple....I wish they were still around.

I was so saddened to hear that back in the fall of 2014.
I had just talked to her & Ed in July of that year, and didn't know that would be the last time I see her. She was always the diamond in the room and made everyone feel welcome. The memories I have of her will stay with me forever. She was also related to Ted Williams, who's autograph she got for me back in the 80's. It was through her how I met Ed. http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/chi...?pid=173313712 |
