The build sheet and window sticker both say the car was built with a vinyl top. I'm trying to add photos, but it keeps saying they're too large.

Here's copies of your paperwork.I don't believe it came with a vinyl top from the factory based on these as you can see.
As well as your dad mentioned it to me back then too.
You can also tell by the way the V/top 1/4 molding does not go back far enough and stops short by the rear window corners.
The B in box #44 stands for stripes~BLACK.Box #26 would show the Convt. or Vinyl top color,if any.
Also the rear defogger & vent it has now is incorrect and was added later on too.
This car was heavily optioned and stickered out @ 5K when new. That was a lot compared to others back then.
Your dad also mentioned he was the 3rd owner to me back then.
Do you have the actual colored original window sticker today?..Your dad explained to me back then on how he only had a Xeroxed copy,as the original owner still had it and would not give it up.
I covered up your VIN# for privacy.

It wasn't plant specific.
Seen many Dual Dual on KC built & other plants cars. And single Dual on Arlington cars too.

My bad on the repro window stickers and I should know, because I bought Triple A repros for two different cars prior to 1986

Kinda reminds me of my first '69 Camaro in Azure Turquoise. I bet I haven't seen 20 of them since they were new. And I saw a Turquoise/white Mopar a few years ago and it was stunning. Good luck with the sale!

Thats a beautiful color I think. I would would MUCH rather own a special color combo car then the usual 'blah' colors any day
