Nope, UY is a 4 core, only COPO's and 396's w/ AC. Nothing close to that body #.

Yes Kurts' right, thought I typed that originally. That should've read.. "UY coded radiators were used on all 396cid. 325hp,350hp & 375hp M/T equipped Camaros,if A/C or HDuty cooling was ordered,so don't go by just that." That's a cool looking camaro, with some great possble potential to be even more. |

BIG congrats!!!
HO is icing!. Resto or sale, how can it get any more beautiful than as this car now sits w/ exposed details/heater box off/sanded stampings etc?. Especially considering situations of late, has the time come where it's best to do a tidy job exposing details and leave critical areas 'as uncovered' aside from maybe a blast of clear where necessary?. Did you get the car certified Brent? It's worth the $$ before you start dismantling it. Without ownership history from new - I'd get all of the expert documentation that you can get. Everything looks great so far, but after resto most of the unaltered evidence is gone. Just a suggestion.

Hasn't factory grease pencil 427 markings been found written on the inside of some known 9561 original front fenders too?.
