If you replace the stock master cyl with a 75 Dodge truck master cyl(no it doesn't look quite stock) it will stop you almost as well as frt discs.
Glad to see you were able to find a good replacement frame. Most of those chevelle frames became stock cars.

Dennis, I'd love to do an L89 Post in the future. However that car belongs to a customer. It's an original paint 40k mile car thats been sitting for 10 years. I did a mechanical resto. so it can be driven next spring. It will come back for paint next year. Don

Driver and passenger are incredibly lucky given the fact that they were not wearing seat belts Hopefully they will not take that chance again.

I agree that they were incredibly lucky. If they weren't
wearing them the first time, they won't the next time either.

Project is moving along. Please don't critique this restoration. It is being done per customer request with parts he has available.

Critique it.....No way-------Looks just like how some of the fellas were setting them up back when.. . I always thought that '66 SS396 had one of the cleanest styles..It was a shame GM never made those side hood vents optional....Awesome job bringing her back

Car is on it's way home. Will come back for paint and some final details during the summer. At least we know it runs and drives again.

4" Cowl Fiberglass hood. Not my first choice but the customer's always right. Are'nt they?????
