The Chevelle is Gary Esse's old one. 10K orig mile LS6 convert. The Garnet red Yenko Chevelle came back over from England.

I seem to remember reading about this car in MCR or some magazine several years ago. Original owner put those TJ emblems on it, right? ZL-1 too?

MORE! MORE!

Love the colors.

Okay Charlie, now you need to show us that '67 (Yenko?) that's visible in the right background. You just can't post these pictures and not expect us drooling idiots not to see all the coolness in the background...

My understanding is the stripes and emblems were put on by the dealer to make the car more saleable.
The 67 Yenko is black with red guts. It is Jim Parks' old car and probably the best 67 I can think of. Not really restored, just repainted years ago.

Charlie, how 'bout getting some info. over to Belair62 on this ZL1 so it can be featured in the member's rides section. I'd love to read about this car's history. Best Regards, Tim E. Penton, Jr.
