Hey now! Those white stripe tires are cool lookin! You could install the optional twin white wall tires??
I decided not to put the Atlas wheels/white lettered tires on the car for the York show, I don't really like them on the Gobi Beige.

I am sure there are some things that are not right or perfect with my nova Iam not saying it is a #1 show car. It is a nice driver car that I take to small local shows and I know there isnt another car like it at the show.

....I think it is one "Bad Ride"...and would love to cruise into a car show in that Nova!
.....I would get tags that said "ZORRO".

My 2 cents, I think the Jury is still out on weather or not every 70 L78 Nova built after Jan 70, had the dual snorkel air cleaner, any absolute verification.???

JRSully
I know of two local survior L78 1970 Novas, that have the open element Air Cleaner.I don't believe that earlier statement is true. Some got a Dual, but not each one.

As these "discussions" sometimes go, I dont think PROOF positive of my claim will ever be available. I am currently
thinking that the non cowl LS-6 Chevelles (production started ??) 1970 Camaros (production started Jan/70') and the 70 Nova's produced after Jan 1 or there abouts used the Dual Snorkel enclosed aircleaner. Chuck Hansen from ACES suggests that new EPA noise regulations for 1970 might have required G.M. to lower the sound level of the engines otherwise using open element air cleaners ??????? .....At any rate based on the assy manual, I will maintain that ALL the 1970 L-78 Camaros came with the enclosed A/C....Chuck S/Seattle
