The owner said it is necessary for the center grill to flip up to change the headlights. I guess it is in the way of other parts.

Thanks, Rick. Glad someone already asked about the Cyclone grill, as that had me baffled, too. Pretty sure I have never before seen a Kaiser Manhattan with custom paint, mags, and a tach on the dash!

There were 2 at the show. The other was completely stock and didn't make me want to shoot (a picture of) it.
