Yup, that could be a reason certainly to try and speed things up some..
Wonder though what it could have brought with more time, even though this is probably not the best time of year to be selling - at least in my opinion.

What a d i c k! Typical sociopath who is never at fault. These types really do think the rules and laws are for other people and not themselves. Judge ignored his phony maneuvers and hammered him.
