Nope. Here's what I'm sure Sam is selling. These were used throughout the mid 60's till sometime in the 70's by GM.

I've got my original wheels and tires for my 69 Camaro. I'll have to see what cap is on them. I knew there were differences in these caps, but not as many as posted here.
